A pathway to a new Renewable Energy landscape in Apulia
Energie Salentine S.r.l. (“ES”), partecipated by Energreen S.r.l (EN.IT S.p.A Group), Green Value S.p.A. (Ferazzoli S.p.A Group) and Luce S.p.A (Ludoil S.p.A Group), is currently developing a green hydrogen valley in Apulia, aimed at developing the entire green hydrogen supply chain in Italy.

The new Hydrogen Valley
The project consists in 2 Green Hydrogen production plants
LOCATION
Taranto
Brindisi
CAPACITY
452 MW of alkalyne electrolysis
Connected through hydrogen pipeline IPCEI IT21 managed by Snam
GREEN HYDROGEN
Energie Salentine is engaged in the development, construction and management of infrastructures and plants for the production, distribution and storage of green hydrogen produced by the electrolysis process of water, powered by energy from renewable sources
It carries out its mission in the national territory with the aim of capturing the infrastructural needs related to the use of green hydrogen and its use in production processes, with the aim of decarbonization, structuring green hydrogen production projects paying special attention to the production of electricity from renewable sources, investing directly in the development and construction of wind and photovoltaic pipelines
IPCEI IT02 project “Hydrogen – H2-4D-PugliaValley” includes a hydrogen production plant and Hydrogen compression and storage systems. The connection between projects IT02 and IT21 will guarantee open and non-discriminatory access to all potential off takers who express their interest in using the hydrogen produced by IT02
IPCEI
IPCEI (Important Project of Common European Interest) Hy2Infra
- The goal of our IPCEI Project is to contribute to the decarbonization by promoting the replacement of fossil fuels with green hydrogen through the development of a comprehensive set of innovations in production technology, including manufacturing processes, as well as additional innovations across the entire value chain—something that would not be achievable without the IPCEI framework
- The commitment of Energreen S.r.l. with Green Value S.p.A. and Luce S.p.A., aims to develop and implement hydrogen technologies and systems to gradually replace the usage of grey and blue hydrogen, as well as other highly polluting energy sources
